Account Executive

Property Solutions is a rocket ship in the apartment industry's B2B SaaS
space. Over the last five years revenue and company size have both
increased by almost 1000%, and market share has increased tremendously as

The Account Executive will have primary responsibility for driving customer
satisfaction and sales for Property Solutions' products. This position will
become an expert on products and will assist our sales team as they discuss
technical aspects of the product with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop expert knowledge of products and assist with sales and support
processes

Serve as the primary contact for clients to resolve concerns and problems

Assist team in providing recommendations for product functionality

Configure and implement software solutions for new clients

Requirements:
3+ years of work experience working in an Account Management or related
position

Experience working in a SaaS environment; experience in the Multi-family
industry is a plus

High degree of professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction

Demonstrated proactivity in accomplishing tasks and projects

Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and
speaking

Experience working with end users in a support and/or training capacity

Excellent customer service mentality

Work Schedule and Location:
Monday-Friday during normal business hours

Frisco, TX

25% Travel possible
