CRM Marketing Director

Our client is looking for a Director of CRM Marketing to be responsible for
leading quantitative marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth for
their North American division. Responsibilities include overseeing CRM
projects that use marketing analytics, segmentation and predictive modeling
to increase conversion rates across all segments, including customers,
prospects, corporate accounts, brokers and partnerships. This position will
work closely with our Global CRM team to define strategy and continually
execute, test and iterate on marketing programs that directly increase
lead, conversion and revenue performance.
The CRM Marketing Director acts as the cross-functional project leader on
behalf of North America programs for the Global CRM, Insights and
Segment/Channel and Creative teams, driving a roadmap to enrich the quality
of the marketing database and build an engine for propensity modeling, lead
scoring, multi-variant campaign testing and execution resulting in high
converting demand generation and customer retention.

Our client is seeking someone who is a seasoned CRM professional and has a
firm grasp on best-in-class customer relationship management. The ideal
candidate will also have strong project management skills and
collaboratively lead/influence CRM strategy across functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Manage North America CRM segmentation strategy and messaging/nurturing
marketing automation roadmap.
Oversee multi-variant testing of key campaign elements to improve
performance metrics.
Ensure best-in-class campaign execution across all North American segments.
Perform regular analysis that identify actionable insights and improved
conversion opportunities.
Drive strategy and execution alignment through regular business reviews and
leadership team meetings.
Requirements:
10 years in an analytical marketing function, with a focus on CRM online
marketing channels.
Proven track record and passion for applying marketing analytics to solve
complex business problems.
Track record of project management experience and cross-functional
leadership
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
BA/BS degree required: Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Marketing/Communications
This person should think critically, analyze everything, know best-in-class
CRM and know how to drive high converting campaigns.
This person will have great organizational skills, are proactive and
detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to
meeting deadlines and creating and improving processes.
Collaborate well, while influencing the right change for the right reasons.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and even under pressure you can
deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
