Robert Half Legal specializes in temporary and full-time staffing of law
office and corporate legal professionals. The expectations of this position
are high, but the rewards are many for the right person with the right
stuff! If you have at least 8 years of experience as an HR Manager in a Law
Firm, you may be the individual who this firm is searching for.
You will have a lot of responsibility to include hiring, new employee
orientation, counseling, coordinating firm events, firm policy and
procedures, onboarding, approving invoices and benefits in general,
especially 401K administration. If you have any payroll experience, that
will be a plus. You will be the one who both the attorneys and the support
staff will come to when they have HR questions.
You will have the opportunity to practice all your HR knowledge and
experience. You will love this law firm.
Minimum 8 years experience in HR Management from in a law firm!!
Excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle several tasks at the same time
Exceptional problem solving skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Payroll, benefits (especially 401K administration) is a plus
A real people person is required
