Inside Sales Representative



Southern Dock Products - Dallas

Southern Acquisitions (SAQ) is a large regional distributor of commercial
door and loading dock equipment and safety systems. With 15 locations
across the United States, SAQ provides sales, service and installation of
premiere brand products to our customers. Most work is self performed with
our own technicians and our regional and national service is growing
through our facilities service business team. To support and help grow this
business we are looking for a Inside Sales Representative. This position
will be in our Corporate Headquarters located in Farmers Branch and reports
to the Key Accounts Team Director.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced professional, who is driven and
organized, and can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, team
environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Be responsible for learning products SAQ sells and present the product
offering to customers. This includes but not limited to enhancing awareness
of our products, service strengths and capabilities to new and existing
clients
Build key customer relationships and help manage and grow existing client
base
Proactively work to understand customer needs and provide feedback and/or
collaborate with other functions to exceed customer key performance
indicators
Search for opportunities for new business growth opportunities
Qualifications:
3-5 years national account sales/customer service experience
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective follow through skills
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Mechanical aptitude
Education

Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
