Regional Sales Director

About You

You will be the driving force behind bringing new customers to Cohealo.
Responsible for engaging targeted customers, walking-through our innovative
and market-shifting solutions, demonstrating its value and leading the
sales process through completion.

You will manage multiple world-class Hospital Systems in your Region and
provide a consultative approach to ensure that they hit their goals. You
will be expected to demonstrate sales excellence in a high tech and high
paced healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales you
will be fully responsible for all Health Systems and customers in your
region. The successful candidate will be organized, well written, well
spoken, objective and reliable.
The Role

Manage relationships with senior leadership at each Health System client
and their Facilities

Partner with your clients to drive positive impact and ensure senior
leadership's financial objectives are met

Focus on opening new clients and service lines for Cohealo services

Work closely together with a team of Customer Success Managers in your
region to further drive customer adoption and utilization of Cohealo
services

Significant exposure and comfort working in a technology-driven service
business

Travel is required as you will manage a multi-state region

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years work experience in Healthcare / Healthcare IT sales is
required

Sales positions of increasing responsibility is preferred

Demonstrate history of hitting or exceeding quotas in previous sales
positions

SaaS sales experience is a plus

Familiarity with Salesforce.com

Ability to work in a cross-functional team to achieve a common result

Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks and requests

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to interact well with all organizational levels

Able to work with minimal supervision
