If you are a successful Sales Manager managing an outside sales team, and
looking for a great opportunity with one of the Nation's Largest and
Premier provider of e-commerce processing and payment processing
technologies. They offer a comprehensive suite of products and services
and customized payment software and processing programs uniquely tailored
for the special business needs of small and medium sized businesses.

We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager for a defined territory with
assigned relationships. The ideal Sales Manager must have experience
selling a solution-based sale and a consultative selling approach. Since
the focus and concentration will be based around cloud based solution
applications; candidates must have experience selling software, online and/
or an e-commerce solution.

Responsibilities:

· Hiring, training, developing and mentoring a sales team
· Meet and exceed sales goals/ quotas
· Provide sales and product training and sales development as needed
· Field training weekly with sales team
· Manage field reports and execute sales planning/ forecasting
· Manage and grow assigned client relationships

Requirements:

College degree preferred, but not required
Min. 3-5+ years of experience in Outside Sales Management required
Min. 3-5+ years of experience in business to business sales environments
Experience in e-commerce, payment processing a plus but not required
Seeking backgrounds in field sales management, solution based sales
(advertising, copier, digital media, e-commerce, payroll, software/ SaaS,
technology, telecommunication, uniform sales, etc)
Proven success in training, mentoring and overseeing a sales team required
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Office
Oral and written communication skills, RFPs, proposal presentations

Offering:

Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000
Year 1 earnings $140,000-$160,000
NO cap on earnings
