Position Description:

The Software Sales Associate works within the current Sales and Marketing
team structure to manage all sales activity across their assigned
territory. Territory assignments are directly managed by the EVP Sales and
Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Sales activities include:
New account generation and lead follow-up
RFP/RFI process management
Software demonstrations both on-site and via webinar, on-site meetings and
presentations and site visits
Management of the customer reference process for prospects
Proposal and ROI generation
Contract negotiations and final prep-word and completion of all
required "new customer" documentation
Responsible for maintaining a relationship with all converted prospects
after the initial sale to foster the sale of additional HCHB products and
tools
Document all sales activities and track through the HCHB Sales Activity
system in SharePoint
Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing status meetings to present
pipeline activity and participate in ongoing lead development programs
Work closely with Marketing on a variety of activities, including
exhibiting and speaking at trade shows, partner presentations and continue
partner-relationship development, participation in "road shows" and events,
user conference activities, competitive analysis and ongoing marketing
programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Certifications:

4 year degree in Business, Marketing or a related subject

Experience:
3+ years experience in a Sales role, preferable in software sales or
healthcare
Strong prospecting and closing skills and track record
Communication, written and presentation, skills required
Experience generating ROI and RFI/RFPs.
Experience in long sales cycle selling preferred
Experience utilizing an electronic tool for documenting sales related
activity
