At a Glance
Romack is part of one of the fastest growing Professional Services firms in
Texas with Revenues in excess of $35 million. We are expanding our
Staffing Services division specializing in Information Technology, Finance
and Accounting, and Human Resources placements. The Account Executive (AE)
will be based in our Irving Texas office to lead permanent placement and
contracting candidate search engagements. The ideal candidate will be a
dynamic, emerging leader with two or more years of experience with a top
tier, regional Staffing, Contingent or Retained Professional search firm.

The Position
The AE is the "front line" of the Romack client engagement model. The AE
will develop a relationship with clients, identify resource needs, work
with Recruiter for candidate identification, develop a relationship with
the candidate, profile the candidate and present the candidate to the
client for consideration, handle complete interview process and solidify a
candidate's acceptance of a job.
The AE position will be supported by a Strong and Seasoned Recruiting team.
Desired skills and Experience are: (1) Ability to transition existing
accounts - two or more years of Technology Contractor or Permanent
Placement Experience (2) excellent communication and interpersonal
skills; a strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email
platforms (3) professional project and timeline management skills; (4) the
entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and "will to win" required to get
challenging searches over the goal line; and, (5) the desire and ability to
provide leadership in shaping the culture of a world class professional
services firm. (6) Understanding of Information Technology terminology.

Compensation Model
The ideal candidate will receive a base of $60,000 -$65,000 plus a generous
compensation plan. Total Annual compensation target is $120,000+.
