Client Manager

Location: U.S. Midwest Region, Dallas / Fort Worth

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, pro-active, detail oriented,
possesses strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and has the
ability to ensure the sales process is well orchestrated for their
respective accounts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to
work for a truly innovative organization with real potential for growth.
Training on products and services will be provided in US and Canada during
the first few months.

Requirements:

Must have Bachelor's Degree, M.B.A. is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience as client manager of top-tier technology
company selling enterprise-wide solutions such as ERP software and
information systems to large accounts
Proven track record of exceeding established sales quotas
Experience in selling to the government and municipal market is a major plus
Proficient in Solution Selling methodology
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities:

Sales

Your primary focus is to sell services and technology to strategic target
accounts in the U.S. Midwestern Region. Responsibilities include:

Meeting specified revenue targets
Creating key account plans and executing strategy
Gaining understanding of key issues along with reasons and impact
Secure long term client relationship at highest decision making levels
Adopting the Solution Selling process
Using the sales process to negotiate with clients for access to
decision-making levels and the maintenance of profit margins

Marketing

Understand core marketing message for products and services
Deliver core message in a variety of customer engagements including sales
calls, presentations and written correspondence
Develop customer references by maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction and chronicling quantitative benefits of service engagements

Client Management

Cultivate partnerships that can accelerate sales such as engineering firms,
key customer references and industry consultants
Secure and leverage relationships with organizations connected to the
client such as city council, government politicians, media and citizen
action groups
Leverage account penetration already established by other divisions
Maintain and update account information in sales database, Salesforce.com
Provide accurate monthly forecasts
