Contact Center Customer Support Engineer

GDH Consulting has a 6 month contract to hire position for a Contact Center
Support Engineer with a premier employer in Dallas. This contract is for a
minimum of 6 months that should convert to full time for the right
individual. In this role, you will be responsible for providing
second/third level technical support on a worldwide basis via phone, email,
web, and remote access on Cisco's Unified Contact Center (UCC) solution and
other Cisco call center applications are deployed. You will also determine
methods and procedures for solving complex technical issues encompassing
hardware, software, and networking. Our client is motivated to hire -

Qualifications:
Administrator level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, UNIX, or Linux.
IP networking experience.
Extensive troubleshooting experience on Microsoft operating system issues.
Voice experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), contact
center, Unity Connection, or voice gateways.
Previous customer support experience.
