Job Type: Consultant Information Technology
The customer care representative will be able to provide both
technical/functional support of BPAA website and software products. This
position will also be responsible for providing customers information and
education regarding products, software requirements, and any
support-related issues. This will involve how to use products, researching
to find solutions, and foster on-going customer relationship.
This position also includes updating BPAA corporate websites on request
using a content management system. This is a great opportunity for learning
and gaining experience in website design/maintenance and database marketing.
Requirements
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Proficient problem solving ability
* Excellent customer handling skills
* Fast learning aptitude
* Call center experience preferred
* Experience in technical support preferred
* Experience in the bowling industry is a plus
Required Education
Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related technology field
preferred.
Required Travel
Minimal travel
