Our Client, a one hundred year old progressive and profitable company, has
grown from a small retail grocer in the 1800's to a national Supply Chain
Leader with eight business units/brands all across the country. Located
between Austin and Dallas, they have recently broken ground on a new $120
million Distribution Center, creating over 400 jobs. With a corporate

This job can be located in either Dallas or Temple. Dallas / Ft. Worth is
the largest metro area in Texas while Temple, Texas is ideally located
between the Dallas and Austin....almost in the geographical center of the

one of the nation's outstanding medical communities, Temple has been a city
determined to fashion its own future. Now a hub for manufacturing and

Develop, implement, and monitor programs and best practices that promote
equal employment opportunity hiring.
Work and support HR to implement best practice programs and improve
recruitment and retention in the area of Affirmative Action (AA) and
Provide expert consultation regarding guidance, technical assistance and
compliance support to management and HR in the areas of EEO/AA programs.
Provide training and tools for the various EEO programs within the
Remain current of laws and regulations of the OFCCP, federal and state EEO
laws and regulations, and Affirmative Action practices and trends.
Create and manage internal AA audits to ensure compliance with appropriate
federal and state regulations.
Track, monitor and report progress of goals established by the Affirmative
Action Program, and communicate these goals to HR and management, training
Qualified candidates will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related area.
Minimum of five years experience in a position responsible for OFCCP/EEO
planning and compliance.
Experience with preparing for EEO and/or OFCCP audits.
Broad knowledge of Affirmative Action plans, EEO and OFCCP rules and regs.
Excellent communications: verbal, written and presentation/training
Professional presentation, passion for field, and ability to positively
Interest in a role that has a minimum of 25% travel.
Reports to the Director of Leadership & OD.
