The CRM Marketing Analyst will act as the marketing department CRM system
subject matter expert and be responsible for a range of data and processes
related tasks. He/She plays an integral role acting as a liaison between
marketing stakeholders and the internal Salesforce.com technical team. The
CRM Marketing Analyst will be responsible for preparing files,
loading/pulling data from the CRM tool and performing data analysis and
reporting.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of marketing
related CRM system processes

Oversee all campaign data and ensure data is entered correctly

Act as the marketing department primary subject matter expert for
loading/pulling lists from the CRM tool

Represents the marketing department goals, objectives and requirements and
acts as the liaison with the Salesforce.com technical team

Prepares files for upload to the CRM system following an established format
and process

Performs data analysis and reporting

Extracts data from various sources and systems and merges data into an
established format

Acts as the marketing department representative and department subject
matter expert on email service providers, marketing automation tools or
other CRM tool integration

Required Qualifications

Understanding of and experience working with a marketing department required

Deep experience and confidence with data manipulation, analysis and
reporting

Highly proficient with Access, Excel and other data tools

Excellent organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a high degree of detail and balance competing priorities

Experience with the email service providers and marketing automation tools
preferred

No supervisory responsibility

0-10% travel required

Mandatories

Bachelor's degree and three to five years of experience with data
management, analysis and reporting, or a relevant combination of education
and experience. Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com and the
Salesforce.com marketing module required, knowledge or experience with
other CRM tools a plus.
