National Sales Manager

M & M Merchandisers, Inc is a 38 year old electronics and musical
distribution company located in Fort Worth, Texas and we are seeking
qualified professional candidates for our National Sales Manager position.
Primary function is to increase sales revenue for the Sales Team of 25-30
through qualifying sales opportunities with existing customers and
developing new business. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to
coach, mentor, train current staff and develop new talent as well as have a
positive approach to obtaining the company objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage, develop and motivate a high-performing inside sales team to achieve
double-digit sales growth.
Identify qualified sales opportunities for new customers.
Provide reporting of inside sales metrics on customers and sales team.
Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure inside sales team members activities
align with overall sales objectives.
Observe calls with inside sales representatives to identify sales
opportunities and provide sales representative coaching and Mentoring.
Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales
effectiveness.
Addresses performance issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Writes yearly performance reviews and delivers to employees at annual
review cycle.
Make decisions on trade show participation and staffing.
Overall budgeting and forecasting for the company's sales objectives.
Work with our marketing department on flyers, weekly specials and email
campaigns.

Requirements:

7 years or more management experience overseeing and developing inside
sales teams.
Experience recruiting and hiring candidates for a high performance sales
team.
Demonstrated experience forecasting new sales opportunities, setting goals,
and monitoring sales activity.
Ability to develop effective business relationships with all levels of
internal and external management.
Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding P&L's
Analytical and proficient with Excel
