Online Chat Program Supervisor

Global Organization has an immediate opening for an experienced ONLINE CHAT
PROGRAM SUPERVISOR for their Addison location.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced Supervisor with Chat and Sales
experience as this new department will be part of the Inside Sales and
Reservation team. Candidate will manage up to 15 Chat Reps and have prior
experience launching chat functionality within a large scale organization
as the lead program manager.
Will have experience in up-selling, development of metrics or in the
start-up of a chat function is a huge plus. Will have at least 4-6 years
in a management capacity in a large or multi-site inbound
Call/Contact/E-Care Center specializing in Chat, managing the chat business
vertical. Will have a positive and outgoing personality as this is an
entrepreneurial environment and a very up-beat group where they value
creativity and new ideas. Any prior global experience is preferred but not
required.
Will have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
COMPENSATION: Up to $50K Base Plus Bonus Potential
