Job Description
Summary of Position Requirements The Recruiter acts as the lead conduit of
talent for sales, support and management level positions into Lennar. This
role will manage the recruitment posting process for all positions, while
focusing search and selection on manager level and above. Primary Duties
and Responsibilities * Manage job posting process for internal and external
job boards for positions at all levels within region (to include positions
below management level) * Work with divisions and HR team to identify
recruitment needs for positions at a manager level or above * In
partnerships with hiring manager identify and execute recruitment
strategies (i.e. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting
marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and
non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign
planning, talent planning, social media, etc.) to yield top caliber
candidates * Design, maintain and communicate monthly recruitment metrics *
Identify, Coordinate and Represent Lennar at college career fairs, industry
events, college fairs, and any other events that will yield networking
opportunities * Responsible for the prescreening and evaluation process of
candidates for management positions and above * Manage the complete
recruitment life cycle to include the coordination of interview schedules,
agendas, travel arrangements, expense re-imbursements, follow ups, initial
interview evaluations, and gathering all relevant details for possible
offers for all candidates for management and executive level positions *
Manage communication with candidates to ensure effective interview process
* Facilitate relationships with third party recruitment/staffing firms to
educate them on Lennar's culture, expectations for positions, and standards
* Prepare and send offer letters and conduct onboarding on new hires' first
day of employment * Other duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelors degree in HR or Business
related discipline required * Minimum 5 years' experience in Recruiting *
Demonstrated command of all steps in the full life cycle of recruiting *
Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies (e.g. contracted research,
niche websites, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build
candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet
business needs in a cost effective manner * Knowledge of federal and state
labor laws * Experience with People Soft is a plus * Valid drivers license
and a good driving record * Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft
Programs and Outlook * Ability to travel as needed * Strong influencing and
coaching skills * Superior communication skills * Ability to respond to
associate and candidate requests/questions in a professional and timely
manner * Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment
