Regional Business Development Mgr

Sunera, a full service National business and technology risk management
consulting firm is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager located
in Dallas to drive the BD efforts in this key, regional marketplace. The
Dallas office is well established in Texas and this role will focus on
developing commercial relationships, becoming the catalyst for new
opportunities and maximizing our footprint with our existing clients in
Dallas, Houston and surrounding markets.

Experience & Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and business relationship development skills
required
The ability to articulate and interact effectively with a high degree of
confidence to C-level executives (CFO, CIO, Chief Audit Executives,
Internal Audit Director, Chief Information Security Officer, IT/IS Director)
Ability to complete a full sales cycle including open and close process
Demonstrated ability researching organizations through internal and
external sources (social media, CRM, LinkedIn)
Bachelor's Degree or at least 5+ years of previous sales experience
preferred, preferably in the professional services industry
A business & technology risk management consulting sales background would
be ideal
Attend professional network events such as IIA, ISACA, FEI, and ACG
Excellent written and oral communication skills via phone and email
Strong ability to actively listen and determine a prospect's needs
Understand how to deliver a compelling message to a business executive and
leverage interest in an opportunity
Motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task, with a high
sense of urgency
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Accounting, Audit IT, and Consulting Sales background
Excellent written and oral communication skills via phone and email
Strong ability to actively listen and determine prospect's needs
Understand how to deliver a compelling message to a business executive and
leverage interest into an opportunity
Motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task, with high
sense of urgency
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and
self-sufficient)
Team player who works well across departments
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office and web browsers
Build and maintain a strong local business network. Extensive local network
is a plus!
Proven track record generating new business within a Professional Services
environment is preferred
The ability to forge relationships with "cold" accounts with experience in
selling professional services
Excellent communication skills twinned with sound business acumen
An ability to build and sustain client relationships and internal
stakeholder relationships
Work closely with local area Partner(s) within the firm
Ability to travel throughout the region/state as required
Attend local & national conferences
