ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties
may be assigned.
Liaison between all functional areas of the global and multi-channel
business (design, sales, retail, ecommerce,
production, finance, planning, international & licensing)
Assist in developing seasonal line architecture that support strategic
growth strategies, SKU plans, price points
and margin goals.
Maintains the pricing and margin strategies for the category.
Present current and development product lines to internal stakeholders and
customers.
Formulate and implement strategic plan for product lines.
Identify and implement cost reduction and product improvement programs.
Assisting Planning, Manufacturing and Global Sourcing in optimizing
inventory and service levels while achieving inventory turn goals.
Develop positioning and promotional strategies for product lines.
Prepare category presentations for Go-to-Market meetings and calendar
alignment.
Develop packaging designs with creative staff.
Perform competitive analysis for strategy formulation.
Train and facilitate the development of Asst. General Managers
Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellence in all MS Office suite programs; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong presentation skills and high comfort level of giving presentations
in front of groups
Ability to communicate professionally via phone and e-mail
Strategic planning skills
Proficiency at multi task assignments.
Proficiency at budgetary and payment tracking assignments.
Good organizational skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related field
required.
Minimum five years of experience in marketing or merchandising discipline,
preferably apparel. Multiple channel retail experience preferred.
