Ethical Hacking Analyst

Responsibilities:
This person will be part of an experienced team that performs security threat/vulnerability assessments of critical environments, applications, and technologies through both Ethical Hacking, Automated Web Scanning and Source Code analysis. 
  • Focus on Ethical Hacking assessments
  • Must be able to act as a Subject Matter Expert to management and application owners on application vulnerabilities and security best practices
  • Follow standard methodologies and have the initiative to develop new and innovative processes.
  • Working within a tight team framework, must be results conscious as well as able to work within tight timelines
Required Skills: 
  • Strong technical expertise in conducting web application ethical hacking assessments
  • Experience in using variety of tools including but not limited to IBM AppScan, Burp and SQL Map
  • Demonstrated ability learn and apply critical thinking to a variety of situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Four year technical degree or equivalent experience in a medium/large scale IT environment
Bonus (not required): 
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, JAVA, .NET and Web Services. 
  • CISSP certification a plus. 
  • Mobile ethical hacking experience a plus.
