Incident Response

ROLE:  IT Incident Response and Escalation Process Analyst
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

REQUIRED:
Over 7 years of experience in creating and documenting the IT Incident Response and Escalation processes by coordinating with all parties, and training the approved process across the Organization.
The candidate must have good communication and documentation skills.

PREFERRED: 
Incident Response and Escalation experience with large Public Sector agencies, experience with Service Now, tool and ITIL certification is also a plus.
