MICS, SAS, MXG, Platinum utilities, APA, Omegamon.
Understanding of WLM concepts and how to create/maintain policies.
DASD tuning skills.
Capacity Planning concepts, HTML as it relates to SAS reports, Introscope, Websphere, Thruput
Manager. Coupling Facility and Hardware configurations.
Ability to work closely with clients to resolve complex performance issues.
Must have good communication skills and people skills.
