We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a Facilitator to
train Trainers onsite in Dallas and then in two additional locations
initially. This training will roll out immediately and it is a
Customer/Patient service tool and the audience is in-house personnel.
In this role, you will work with the SME on the tool/methodology for an
initial two days before starting training. All materials are already
developed. Each session is two days.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 - 8 sessions of 2 days each initially with potential to move
into a long term position Facilitator position.
Location: Dallas. Local candidates only - onsite with travel to other
Client will pay for all travel expenses based on corporate travel policy.
Applicants must be comfortable paying all travel expenses up front and
being reimbursed biweekly (if engaged as a W2 contractor).
Strong facilitation experience
Previous healthcare training experience
Customer service training experience
Must be able to float travel expenses prior to reimbursement
