IntePros is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Account
Executive to join our Addison Team. The ideal candidate will possess a
proven track record of successful account management, preferably in the IT
staffing industry, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and,
most importantly, a passion for team success.
This position will require the right person to work within a fast paced
internal team environment, building long-term relationships with selected
Regional area clients. IntePros Account Executives are responsible for all
facets of the sales cycle within the IT professional placement field
including but not limited to:
* Developing new business through cold calling, networking, candidate
client consultative account identification and development.
* Identifying and managing IT staffing requirements
* Effective team building with internal recruiting professionals, other
Account Executives, regional management and support personnel
* Superior client/candidate support
