The ideal candidate will have a background working in an office and be
confident about their computer skills and experience. In addition a
positive attitude, pleasant voice and professional demeanor is desired.
Must possess the commitment, focus and ability to be a successful team

The position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support
of the management, sales and accounting staff. A familiarity with
industrial distribution or service company is preferred. Intermediate to
advanced computer skills including MS Office are required. Candidate must
be detail oriented with an aptitude for accounting.
Operate multi-line telephone system answering incoming calls, determine
purpose of callers and direct call to correct person
Take and deliver phone messages accurately and timely to appropriate
Answers appropriate questions about organization and provide callers with
address, fax number, email address, directions and other information.
Opens daily mail and distributes it to appropriate personnel
Copies incoming checks and matches to A/R invoices
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and filing.
Emailing/faxing statements to customers
Research and price office equipment and other items as directed
Monitor office supply levels -research, price, and order office supplies
