Job Description

UniFocus is seeking a Strategic Business Advisor. Ideal candidate will have
experience meeting revenue and operational goals, and managing hotel or
club operations (such as General Manager, F&B, Rooms, Catering or
Housekeeping Director). The Business advisor will be able to take his/her
leadership experience and expertise in achieving guest, staff and/or
meeting planner satisfaction to the next level by helping our partners do
the same! The Business Advisor manages multiple accounts, and provides both
strategic and tactical guidance to those partners through consistent high
quality service delivery.

Maintain a positive, consistent, informative working relationship with
current UniFocus business partners.
Create awareness of strategic and tactical needs of partners to promote
further use of UniFocus suite of products and solutions.
Dually represent company interest with client requirements.
Audit and report on partners' success in using current UniFocus products.
Maintain up-to-date client information and status through the use of CRM
Conduct Sales Demonstrations as appropriate to existing and potential new
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Bachelor Degree, Minimum 5 years of experience in managing partner
relationships and/or 3 years hospitality management experience required.
Must be computer literate and able to create and manage project plans.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, including
with C-level individuals.
Basic knowledge in Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Service and HR processes
is beneficial.
Certifications are not required.
