offices across 4 continents around the world. We help Oil & Gas companies
with all aspects of process automation, from designing and implementing
high-level distributed control systems all the way down to end device
sizing and specification. We work with almost every major operating
company, EPC, and vendor in the Oil & Gas industry, with business
increasing as a rapid pace. We are currently looking for new business
development managers to continue to develop our business in the North Texas
and North Dakota markets.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be identifying and developing new business opportunities in the
Upstream and Midstream verticals, by properly identifying and qualifying
client needs and requirements. Provide assistance with proposals and
responses to RFPs/RFQs. Manage and deliver on an accurate sales pipeline.
Ensure client success by communicating implementation progress and target
completion.
What You Need for this Position
- Demonstrated success in new business development in the OIl & Gas
Upstream and Midstream markets in the North Texas and/or North Dakota
markets.
- Ability to have educated conversations about automated process controls,
including distributed control systems, PLCs, SIS/ESD/F&G, SCADA, end
devices, etc.
- Ability to calculate ROI, both back-of-the-envelope and detailed
calculations
