Client Service Manager

We are a publicly-traded service company making it easy on our customers to
sell more. Our one-stop shop includes an e-commerce platform, online
marketing, and other necessities to make for a successful online presence.
Our goal is to continue to deliver an easy-to-use solution for our clients
that increases their ability to do more business!

We're looking to add someone to our team who will serve as the primary
contact for their clients. Someone who thrives in building solid
relationships by managing the client's needs and operations. Your ability
to juggle multiple clients while treating each one as the most important is
imperative to success. Armed with a desire to get things done, meeting
deadlines is easy for you. Basically, your clients love working with you
because they know they are in good hands.
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing the daily interaction and operations in a client-facing role
* Serving as primary contact for any issues and solving any problems as
* Reporting on Key Performance Indicators
* Conducting meetings with client on a regular basis
