Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a Dallas-based finance company, is in need of a Digital
Marketing Manager with email/SMS experience. This is a full-time position
starting ASAP.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take charge in developing
a successful global CRM strategy that uses email/ SMS channels along with
other campaigns and programs. Must have strong analytical skills, able to
clearly communicate strategy, provide detailed reporting and be the all
around email/SMS subject matter expert that can keep everyone up-to-date on
latest technologies and best practices.

As Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities include:
- Provide support to internal marketing teams
- Manage major programs, projects and email/SMS vendors daily
- Development of strategic campaigns and programs that align with marketing
goals of company
- Develop testing matrix for all campaign deployments and provide detailed
reports on performance to internal teams
- Attribution reporting
- Ensure campaigns meet required standards
- Oversee and track campaign budgets

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience with digital marketing
channels (direct response marketing, CRM, SMS) and e-business experience.

Must be ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver strategic and tactical
insights with minimal guidance. Must have strong analytical skills and be
an excellent communicator.
