Business Development Account Executive

openings for motivated Software Sales / Business Development Account
Executives. We are a stable, well-established and profitable company who

software solutions to wide industries, including small to Fortune 500
companies in the US and worldwide.

We are seeking energetic and professional individuals for full-time
positions to sell our industry-leading software. We are looking for
self-starters who can quickly gain and demonstrate a high level of
understanding of our software and their benefits. Sales experience is
preferred but not necessary but must have good business sense, have
"closer/hunter" personality and be willing to learn and has good, positive
attitude.

Position Description

As a Business Software Sales and Business Development representative, you
will take personal responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. You
will be responsible for identifying and converting sales targets, including
detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and
activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and
closing business. This unique position affords the salesperson a good
pipeline mix of new accounts as well as further penetration of existing
accounts, coupled with significant inbound prospects via our website, trade
shows, and marketing efforts. This is primarily an Inside Sales position
with limited travel requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

Proactively building new business opportunities to grow revenue and clients
thru outbound calling and online product demos
Heavy outbound phone work and email activities, average 60+ calls and
emails per day
Update and manage CRM tool for opportunity and contact management
Identifying customer needs, providing solutions and recommending new and
better products
Capable of managing a pipeline with 25-45 potential customers
Demonstrated "salesmanship" with an in depth understanding of how to move a
prospect through the sales cycle
Work independently and partner effectively to achieve desired business
results
Qualify opportunities and conduct in-person or remote online sales
presentations
Timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting
Professional, confident, "closer" personality
Submits standard sales metrics, such as forecasts, pipeline, funnel,
monthly progress and expense reports on a regular and timely basis
Leverage client referrals, associations and networking to build sales
pipeline
Works closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute
sales strategies to exceed quota expectations

Job Requirements

4 year college degree
2 years related sales experience (business to business or software solution
sales experience preferred)
Problem solving, consultative sales skills
Proven background of managing a pipeline and meeting revenue objectives
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Excellent verbal communication skills, with emphasis on telephone and
online presentation skills
Excellent writing skills including grammar and email etiquette
Detail oriented, strong organization and time management skills
Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, CRM system and
WebEx/GoToMeeting demonstration tools
Commitment to excel, with a positive attitude and high level of energy and
enthusiasm
Self starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to quickly gain and demonstrate a high level of understanding of
software and its benefits
Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated,
positive attitude and proactive approach to work
Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus but not required.
