Act as the Financial Homecare Homebase Consultant to ensure a successful
financial implementation of the HCHB home health and hospice billing
components of the software. The primary duty is to educate and train the
customer on the Homecare Homebase solution from a billing and financial
perspective. This role involves consulting with customers, team members and
the clinical implementation team on the financial setup and billing
processes. The Financial Consultant must be customer focused, detail
oriented and able to effectively manage multiple implementations
simultaneously and lead the duties they are responsible for. They must be
able to work independently and make decisions related to the overall
financial implementation of the Homecare Homebase product. Must possess the
ability to communicate effectively both orally and written correspondence.
They will also be required to help educate and train internal departments
on the billing and financial Homecare Homebase product.
Conduct end-user training onsite or via webinar on the billing and
financial modules of the Homecare Homebase product.
Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source and determine
Contribute and participate in the design, development, implementation and
testing of tools and interfaces of the financial components of the product.
Assist in the development and maintenance of end-user documentation
including training manuals, skills challenges and internal documentation.
Independently conduct conference calls with customers to proactively
address needs and billing issues.
Responsible for customer support of financial application until
transitioned to support.
Responsible for required signed documentation from customer throughout the
Assist customers in the development and design of best practices, policies
and procedures that maximize their use of the HCHB product.
Ensure Financial Consultant billable days is accurate, posted to calendar
and sent to Financial and Project Managers.
Participate in billing training in HCHB Financial University classes and
internal training for implementation and support.
Communicate with Project Manager, Financial Project Coordinator, Senior
Implementation Consultant and Financial Manager to ensure everyone is aware
of any challenges with the customer that may impede successful use of the

Adhere to HIPAA policies of Homecare Homebase.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Financial Manager.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelors degree required. Accounting, Finance or Economics degree a plus.
Strong experience providing service and support in a customer focused
Ability to work independently and be resourceful in soliciting assistance
Proven ability to work in a detail rich environment, using critical
thinking to analyze information and provide follow-up and follow-through
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience facilitating classroom training
Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite
Home Health and/or Hospice experience a plus
Medical Billing experience a plus
