HOA Project Manager

Pacific Premier Bank - Dallas

The HOA Project Manager is responsible for managing various HOA department
projects including but not limited to new client conversions, lockbox
vendor relationships, and ACH support. Also provide technical support to
clients and oversee training efforts. Must be available to meet with
prospective clients on an as needed basis.


Other duties may be assigned
Work with HOA marketing team to give demonstrations for potential clients.
Meet with customers to discuss the conversion process and their needs to
make it an easy transition.
Confidently deal with cash management issues such as ACH payments, Remote
Capture payments and lockbox payments.
Manage vendor relationships.
Manage risk by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and
regulations. Develop and monitor effective risk based controls and
operating procedures.
Gain a complete understanding of industry specific technology needs and
make recommendations to meet those needs.
Provides servicing, fulfillment and implementation of products sold for HOA
customers and new prospects.
Manage onsite setup/installation and support of cash management products
and services for customers as requested.
Responsible for adhering to and complying with all Bank policies and
Federal and State banking laws and regulations .
Qualifications Education and/or Experience:
College degree or PMP certification preferred.
7-10+ years' experience with ACH and Internet Banking.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, required Banking
application and Cash Management product and support applications.

are required.
Able to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a positive,
professional manner.
