Human Resources Data Coordinator

Job Overview:
This position provides administration, support, processing, response,
services, routine problem solution, error correction and responses for a
variety of Human Resources transactions and requests.

The primary responsibilities of the Data Coordinator are to:
Process reports and HR transactions, collect data, assist in routine
systems maintenance projects, initiatives and record keeping. Provides the
necessary HR information to fulfill and process multiple types of HR

Handles all routine transaction and requests associated with HR systems and
ensures that transactions flow and are correct and consistent between
systems. Corrects HR transaction errors and human resources data in HR

Use the Human Resources systems to include PeopleSoft, Qualtrics, PDS,
phone and email to respond, process and communicate to requestors.
Responsible for PDS requests, data query requests, and resolution of
inbound HR transaction errors.

Provides 2nd-tier support for the Member Care Center regarding all HR
transactions. Responds to tickets that have been escalated from Member Care
or other HR areas. Escalates complex, new or unique requests and/or

Escalates complex, new or unique data and customer issues to the
appropriate technical or management services for solution and responds to
the requestor regarding the status and follow ups until the issue is
resolves and the requestor is satisfied.

Provides data in support of placement and internal mobility pools for
Commissioned Professionals above entry-level. Processes the requests and
ensures the proper approvals are in place prior to notifying the council.

Qualifications/ Experience:
5 years of experience in human resources and/or customer service preferred.

Experience with PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and
management. Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to exceed
