Miller-Valentine Group - Fort Worth
Responsibilities will include general marketing of the property and all
related functions, as well as being responsible for the leasing of
apartment homes by meeting with rental applicants, preparing leasing
packets, and collecting applications from potential residents. The ideal
candidate will have a working knowledge of leasing, and resident retention
policies and programs. He/She must represent the company in its relations
with residents, employees, and local vendors and reflect the attitudes,
policies and general personality of the company.
Minimum 2 (two) years experience in residential property management. Tax
Credit experience is highly desired.
Proven sales skills, proficient with computer skills and an administrative
skill set. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience with Yardi
software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skill.
This is a part time position; 24-28 hours per week. Saturdays are
required; other work days may be flexible.
