Local Integrated Sales Manager

Cumulus- Dallas is presenting a Texas size opportunity in the Big "D".
Cumulus Dallas is on the lookout for an exceptional Local Integrated Sales
Manager to drive digital sales. We provide our teams with a great product
to sell, superior training tools, and a sales management system that
supports business development and rewards performance. Cumulus encourages

success.

JOB SUMMARY:

1) REVENUE:

Oversee revenue budgets in the following categories: Digital/Interactive
Revenue, Commerce Revenue
Communicate weekly pacing updates to sales managers and sellers
Work closely with MM/VP of Sales to create and implement monthly strategy
to achieve sales goals (identify target accounts, unique local sales
initiatives)
Manage integrated sales pipeline; meets with MM/VP of sales weekly to
discuss updates
Sit in sales 1:1 with sales managers to review individual sellers
strategy and identify sales opportunities
Establish and manage local interactive rate card
2) TRAINING:

Attend regularly scheduled corporate communication calls (hosted by cor.
Digital Revenue Director and Commerce Revenue) to get information on new
initiatives and communicate findings back to sales management and sellers
Train local sales teams on assets, sales operations, and sales best
practices
Regularly communicate team sales wins to utilize success as example "how
to"
Communicate all sales collateral and/or training material from corporate
to entire team
3) SALES SUPPORT:

Create and maintain local sales collateral
Localize all sales collateral and/or training material from corporate
Maintain shared sales drive with up to date collateral and sales tools
Analyze and communicate monthly metrics with sales and programming
Assist sellers on sales calls
Communicate inventory availability on weekly basis
4) OPERATIONS:

Oversee after the sale steps of production/ execution by Commerce team
and/or Digital Content Manager and makes sure it is efficient for seller
Work closely with Digital Content Manager to establish traffic
deadlines, processes, inventory maintenance
