Our Client, a highly regarded global third party organization is searching
for the most highly qualified professional to fill a key managerial role in
the organization in the headquarters located in Dallas. The Manager,
Expense Processing, is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities
for processing transferee/assignee and vendor payments related to expenses
excluding home sale transactions. The Manager, Expense Processing must have
comprehensive knowledge of the relocation process as it pertains to policy
interpretation and application, must be knowledgeable of current relocation
tax laws and regulations, adept with analyzing costs, must demonstrate the
ability to direct multiple projects, some may be complex in nature, build
trust through relationship management, manage to deadlines and budgets and
rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish
goals. Knowledge of global relocation processes is valued and appreciate
for the role.


Management: Management and retention of Expense Processing team to include
but not limited to selection, individual & team development, guidance and
motivation to achieve/exceed company and individual performance metrics,
provides guidance and counsel for problematic situations and escalated

Expense Processing: Provides day-to-day direction of work assignments for
financial specialists ensuring disbursements, invoices, routine payments
and expenses are processed timely and accurately in accordance with client
and company policy, procedures and practices, oversees review of all
management and exception reports and provides guidance and counsel for
problematic situations and escalated issues.

● At minimum, 5 years expense processing experience within high volume
accounting environment, preferably in the relocation industry
● Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, concepts and practices
● Comprehensive knowledge of relocation expense processing concepts,
processes and practices, including international payments
● Must have demonstrated expertise using multiple software packages
but not limited to Microsoft Office, AREV, Solomon, and other current
accounting software packages

Bachelors Degree or
Equivalent combination of experience, skills, training and education
