Program Manager


The Program Manager will lead the effective, high quality implementations
of accounts and oversee the complete project life cycle including;
approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are
achieved on time, and within scope.?
Job Responsibilities
Function as Lead Implementation Resource on MSP/VMS and/or Payroll and
Independent Contractor Compliance programs
Direct activities and team members to achieve all project deliverables
Develop and apply HireGenics implementation methodology and best practices
to enforce project standards
Manage scope and budget to maximize revenue while delivering implementation
within timeframes and contractual expectations
Ensure billing and reporting solutions are in accordance with HireGenics'
offering and client contractual commitments
Provide bi-weekly executive status reports to HireGenics and client senior
Lead discovery process to compile and analyze current state model and
recommends future state solution
Analyze client incumbent data and establishes the best plan of action for
implementation to maximize revenue and client cost savings
Communicate with clients daily to discuss important project issues and
ensures any client issues are resolved in a timely manner
Conduct weekly Project Team Status Calls, and is responsible for
documenting minutes, action items, and risk mitigations
Serve as liaison between HireGenics Technical Team and external
organizations for VMS deployments
Facilitate the presentation of effective and efficient solution
recommendation incorporating HireGenics best practices and leading industry
trends to meet the client objectives
Manage and drives one or more work streams within a complex or global
implementation to successful completion while working with third party
implementations team members
Contribute work stream status updates to the overall project lead
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5 years of experience in the staffing industry
4 plus years of experience in process design, implementation and sales
At least 3 years of management experience in
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
Strong Sales Presentation experience
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with little supervision and with sense of urgency to meet
Report writing and project planning experience and an understanding of how
to utilize resources to implement agreed upon policy
Strategic approach to resolving client and internal issues in order to
create the most cost-effective, deliverable solutions
10 - 20% ?travel may be required
