Job Description:

IDR, a leader in providing consultative staffing solutions to the private,

working with our direct client, a leader in the Dairy industry, to identify
a talented Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer to work with the
business and technical teams, to perform systems analysis, design, and
development of application and systems to support business systems.

Typical Job Duties

· System analysis, design, application development, and system testing

· Ability to work on cross sectional teams to improve current processes or
design and implementation of new


· Work with the business to diagnose, solve problems, and recommend

Required Skills

· 5+ years experience with systems design and development with a strong
understanding of SDLC

· Good understanding between Windows based workstations, basic office
products (MS Word, Excel, etc) and iSeries processes

· Understanding of databases such as DB2, SQL, MS Access, and Oracle

· Experience with the IBM iSeries with languages such as RPG, CL, HTML,
PHP, SQL, and Javascript

· Advanced project Design, Development, Debugging, and Implementation
