Property Manager

4-5 years of experience with Commercial Real Estate is a MUST! Office /
Assistant experience necessary with the following requirements: Contracts
with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit; attracts
tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants;
showing units; collecting rent; paying bills; forecasting requirements;
preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances;
initiating corrective action; maintains property by investigating and
resolving tenant complaints, building systems and security devices;
supervising repairs; prepare and draft leases; renewals and notices to
tenants; supervise contractors on all make ready's for quality work and
work completed on time; code bills and utilities weekly for accounting, to
name only a few requirements....A Real Estate license is NOT required,
however, a Bachelor's Degree is Required.
