Regional Account Representative

Cambria - Dallas

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual
seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced
environment. This key position will be responsible for representing Cambria
positively and professionally while interacting with customers, cultivating
partnerships through on-time performance of jobs, evaluating and repairing
countertops, resolving complaints and filing reports.

Manage effective complaint resolution
Identify business trends in complaints, service and performance
Manage integration of key concepts/actions into the organization
Build value-added partnership with fabrication partners through daily
interface, proactive discussion and responsiveness to needs
Work to develop and upgrade fabricators capabilities through promotions,
Cambria University, leveraging Cambria resources and conducting business
Work with QA to ensure good process while meeting customer's expectations
Analyze key indicators of customer performance and provide recommendations
to leadership
Evaluate countertops during on-site visits and perform repairs as applicable
Operate basic power tools (hand polishers, chop saw, angle grinder and
gorilla grips) while repairing countertops
File detailed written reports of field site visits
Assist in the set-up of countertops for shows and warranty claims
Drive the company pick-up and/or van to all appointments
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 - 5 years as Inside Account management
2 years of experience as a field service technician
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Accurate color perception
Valid driver's license
Ability to read blue prints and tape measures
Ability to operate a digital camera
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
Ability to establish priorities daily
Conflict management skills, especially with customers
Ability to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a
timely manner
Ability to build relationships and network/integrate customer into
organization to be part of community
