As we build our executive team we are looking for a Regional Field
Operations manager for our Dallas portfolio. The Regional Field Operations
Manager is a member of the Maintenance & Field Operations department and is
responsible for managing and oversight of resident maintenance requests,
unit turns and a systematic property inspection program for approximately
1,500 single family rental homes spanning the geography of the Phoenix MSA.
Candidates for this position should possess mastery of health and safety
regulations and local and federal building and safety requirements for
residential properties.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manages quality control program and reporting system
- Ensures all make ready units meet quality control guidelines
- Oversees response times to residents of team of 8 maintenance technicians
staffed across a broad geographic footprint
- Performs ongoing training of maintenance technicians on newly developed
process and procedure
- Ensures timely completion of all unit turns across the portfolio to
minimize downtime and maximize rental revenue
- Manages semi-annual home inspection program to improve resident
satisfaction, control unit turn costs and maximize average length of tenancy
- Ensures all properties are compliant with local, state and federal health
and safety guidelines

- Minimum of 10 years experience as a senior superintendent, regional
maintenance supervisor or production home customer service manager;
regional or director level experience preferred
- Experience in managing multiple staff members over a large geographic
- Extensive knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, Appliances,
Landscaping and Irrigation Systems as they relate to single family
residential homes
- Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook required; working knowledge of Yardi
Voyager preferred
- Mastery of general UBC building codes and rental property health and
safety regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
