We are currently seeking a Candidate to serve the following territories:
Phoenix / Tucson Arizona (1 rep needed)
St. Petersburg / Ft. Myers / Sarasota, Florida (1 rep needed)
Dallas (1 rep needed)

This is an Outside Sales Representative role for someone with a dynamic
personality and a sales driven mentality with a willingness to work over 40
hours a week to succeed in the role. This role requires excellent
relationship building and customer service skills, the qualities of a self
starter who does not need constant supervision to be motivated and a great
deal of organization.
Candidates considered need to have at least 2+ years of successful sales
experience as a sales representative dealing with customers. A B2B sales
background is preferred with a history of management or leadership. The
sales experience/ and personality for the job are the most important
criteria for this position. If this is your 2nd or 3rd job out of school,
this is an opportunity for greatness, but it requires dedication, an
exceptional attitude, and the ability to leverage relationships, once
Selling Cabinets into Home Depot and maintaining the existing account. This
does not require cold calling or acquiring new business. These accounts are
already established, but the representative for this role will need to
continue to maintain the account through the staff at Home Depot by
educating the staff and assisting with any needs they have.
Use 20/20/ Software (the company will train you how to use this software),
Power Point, interpret spreadsheets though Microsoft office programs.
Manage a sales territory with relationships that involve educating the
customer, forming relationships with management, Merchandising/ Point of
Purchase and Warranty follow up.
Travel extensively to stores in their territory.
Presentations, box lunches, clinics, educating the customer and the staff,
Must have a clean driving record, clean criminal background, and must be
able to pass a drug screen.
Must have previous sales experience as a representative in a customer
service role with a history of progression or success.
Must be able to travel with the possibility of working occasionally on
weekends, attending tradeshows, and must be able to attend training
sessions at company Headquarters.
