Senior Recruiter

My client is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for
successfully meeting the hiring needs of their operating site and will play
a crucial role during the Company's seasonal hiring periods. The number of
hires on an annual basis per site is approximately 1,000 (including
candidates to the College of Insurance and transitions from AEP to Welcome
Season). Approximately 70% of the hiring occurs in the last half of each

Position Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct community outreach and maintain candidate flow
Utilize a network of local organizations to generate candidate flow that
combined with the internet sourcing from the National Recruiting team, will
result in a pool of qualified candidates for all hiring requirements
Partner with Site Leader to execute on recruiting strategies
Responsible for tracking each site's hiring needs
Proactive approach to offering recruiting assistance to the sites
Accountable for full life cycle recruiting for all assigned requisitions
Review and provide feedback to Operations team regarding use of Interview
Responsible for internal application process and determine that complete
cycle of review and feedback is given to each candidate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be bilingual
High School Diploma, some college preferred
2 years Recruiting and/or sales experience preferred
Experience with contact center sites with 700-800 agents is a plus
Familiarity with the health insurance and/or other health related
industries is a plus
Experience with Kronos Applicant Tracking system a plus
Ability to create an environment of collaboration and support for
operational excellence and strategic priorities
Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
Experience with internet job boards
