Cisco, EMC, VMWare, NetApp, & Microsoft is expanding it's Contact Center
practice and is in need of a Senior Contact Center Engineer / UCC Express
Post Sales Engineer to join one of their highest producing teams.

This is an award winning firm in growth mode and you will have the
opportunity to work with brand name clients in a very collaborative, team
oriented environment.

Location for this position is open and you will have the opportunity to
work remotely from home when not in front of clients.

What You Will Be Doing
- Application Scripting & Support
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Voice User Interface Design
- Complex Call Routing Application Design
- Utilizing your understanding of ITIL Principles (Service Management)
- Post Sales work with both technical and non-technical people
- Provide internal assistance on Contact Center solutions, product plans
and road maps

What You Need for this Position
- Cisco CCNP Voice or CCIE and Specialty Certifications are preferred
- Expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications products including
Unified Communications Manager, Unified Contact Center Express, Unity
Connection, etc (expert-level experience in Contact Center Express is a
requirement)
- Cisco custom report development
- CTI OS/CAD custom development
- Cisco e-mail (E-mail manager/E-Gain)
- Cisco Web Collaboration
