They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition/Strategic Sourcing Lead (
multiple locations and positions available) . This is a long-term
assignment with the high possibility of extension

Role Description:
Specifically focusing on hiring IT Enterprise Sales Professionals-
Corporate Role
Reporting into the Global Talent Sourcing Leader the role is responsible
for insuring sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are
executed for a specific Country or Region
Influences the Regional Recruiters and Sourcing Associates
Provides input and direction to the regionally based Sourcing Associates
responsible mining the internet and building target lists and profiles of
key external talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assesses critical demand profiles with Business HR, Recruiting builds
talent pools against those needs
Executes long & short term approaches to building external & internal
talent pipelines
Provides oversight for the role & responsibility of the dedicated sourcing
associates
Consults with managers and recruiters on the hiring process and develops a
strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality
candidates.
Maintains ongoing relationships with recruiters supporting a business,
function, sub-region, region
Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be
involved in the hiring processes.
Provide subject matter consultancy and expertise to both business/ staffing
key partners at country/ sub-regional level.
Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional
initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as
workforce redeployment and reduction, university hiring and diversity.
Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source top qualified
candidates.
Identifies key strategic sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of
labor market, competition and external talent.
Proactively identifies and recruits passive internal & external job
seekers; maintains long-term relationships with job seekers.
Drives greater career movements across the company by pro-actively sourcing
from internal talent pool
Maintains breadth of knowledge about external sourcing trends that impact
staffing strategies (competitors, law).
Contributes to company's diversity objectives by developing a diverse top
qualified pool of candidates (as applicable by geography).
Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic
business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time/cost to hire, and
increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement.
Facilitates cooperation across internal teams (GBS, Executive Staffing,
Talent Management and Recruiting) in order to ensure the sourcing process
is effective.
Develops and maintains effective networks (e.g. job fairs, on campus, at
events including conferences and trade-shows) to maximize visibility and
attract top quality candidates.
Experience:
First-level university degree required; advanced university degree in
business preferred.
5+ years of Recruitment experience.
Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft applications, ATS, LinkedIN and/or
other social media vehicles
Fast paced environment dealing with high volume of requisitions
Strong knowledge of Recruitment systems, models and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Recruitment operations, programs and projects in area
of accountability.
Strong knowledge of Recruitment external market practices and trends in
functional area.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, delivering and managing
Recruitment projects and programs.
Superior program management, process development, leadership, influencing,
consulting skills
Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation
skills
Strong ability to manage at an operational level but also make forward
looking strategic decisions aligned with industry trends
Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs and solutions
Ability to build partnerships across various functions. Ability to work in
a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with
clients, employees and HR colleagues.
Strong consulting skills. In broad partnership roles, may require superior
ability to provide broad HR consultations to a wide, diverse range of
internal clients.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills - written, oral and presentation.
Able to effectively manage a significant budget.
Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently.
