Vice President of Human Resources




Presbyterian Communities and Services is seeking a Vice President of Human
Resources.
PC&S is an Irving, Texas-based 501(c) (3) non-profit organization with a
mission to enrich the lives of those we serve by extending exceptional care
and services in a faith-based culture. Formed in 2008 through the joining
of Faith Presbyterian Hospice, Grace Presbyterian Village and Presbyterian
Village North, more than 1,200 residents, patients and their families are
served daily.

This position will set Human Resources strategies and implement processes
and programs to assist leadership in accomplishing annual business
objectives. The position will also be is responsible for directing all of
the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies
and practices of the organization, the ethical and social consciences of
business and society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings
of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities
and organizations.

Required Skills
Masters' degree or equivalent; or 10 to 15 years' related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
preferably in a healthcare environment. Advanced HR certification(s). A
strong background in leadership development and assessments -Experience
with benefit program design and implementation -Proven knowledge of labor
laws, reporting requirements, and government regulations. -Strong project
management, organizational, strategic, analytical and conflict resolution
skills. -Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all
levels within an organization.
