VP of Sales
Zingaro & Company - Dallas
This new position based in Dallas, Texas, reports to the Senior Vice
President, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives and will be a key
member of the senior management team. The primary responsibility will be to
generate business through qualified leads for assigned business lines. The
incumbent will oversee and consult team members to position the company as
the leaders in services and provider of choice in the market. He or she
will function as a strategic business partner with operations.
We seek a polished and innovative professional with a proven track record
of developing major client partnerships, building world class sales and
marketing organizations, and delivering measurable results.
You will be expected to:
Identify and develop outreach and development strategies that will drive
accomplishment of company business objectives.
Oversee assigned business line to ensure achievement of outreach and

professional with a proven track record of measurable accomplishments. You
must be a strong, results-oriented, team builder and change agent.
2.We seek an executive with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Communications, Clinical, Healthcare or related field. An MBA is highly
desirable and a minimum of 10 years of outside sales experience and 7 years
of sales management experience.
3.Experience in multi-facility long term care, homecare, or managed care
organizations. Multi-State experience.

with strong interpersonal skills capable of developing strong relationships

A compensation package will be designed to attract outstanding talent and
