The Weitzman Group has an opening in our Dallas office for an experienced
real estate assistant to support multiple brokers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following

Previous commercial real estate support experience required
Strong administrative skills with experience working in a fast-paced
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects at once
Detail oriented, strong proof-reading, oral and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
CoStar and Xceligent experience preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service skills including a flexible, can-do attitude
Willingness to work in a team oriented environment

Responsibilities include:

Project coordination
Heavy client interaction
Prepare correspondence, letters, proposals, emails, and various other real
estate forms
Lease preparation and processing
Assembling and organizing research on properties
Creating presentation books and marketing materials
Maintain filing and tracking systems for all correspondence
Faxing, copying, filing and mailing as needed
Switchboard rotation
