Cash Manager

Parker + Lynch has a Cash Manager job in Dallas. The client is looking for
someone with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years' experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate cash information including
short & long term projections, and produce monthly financial statements. We
are seeking someone with Cash Management and Construction Experience.

Responsibilities of the Cash Manager job:
* Weekly cash forecasting
* Weekly preparation of cash meeting schedules
* Maintain cash projection
* Daily cash tracking
* Set up wire transfers
* Positive pay transmittals to bank
* Record all cash activity to general ledger
* Monthly Financial statement preparation
* Annual budget preparation
* Assist in preparation of project and operations budgets.
* Draw request preparation
* Reconciliations

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of ten years' experience
* Cash Management and Construction Experience
* Strong financial statement preparation and analysis
* Job Cost accounting
* Knowledge of budgeting and cash forecasting
* Knowledge of construction contracts
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Excel
* Timberline experience required
