Ultravision International manufactures LED Digital displays and LED
Lighting that serve wide-reaching markets spanning entertainment and sports
venues, retail advertising, hospitality, and digital advertising. We are

Job Summary:
The Controller is responsible for overall management of the company's funds
in such a manner as to maximize return on investment. They are responsible
for assuring that adequate controls are in place for all financial
processes, and they are responsible for the overall tight financial
controls of the accounting processes, both internal and external, and
project level bidding and estimating. They are responsible for the Human
Resource functions within the company including compliance, benefits,
employee lifecycle management, and payroll.

Management and oversight of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Finance Management, Financial Reporting, Month End Close Processing, and
Project Level Estimating
Implement effective collection activity, including issuing invoices on a
timely basis, and following up on outstanding invoices to obtain timely
receipt of the company's cash
Forecast future cash flow and operating scenarios
Implements cost accounting with job costing and job profit tracking
Devise and implement safeguards for the tracking and protection of inventory
Act as liaison with lenders to address inquiries and resolve banking issues
Supervise audits/reviews processes and develop corrective action plans for
implementing controls of any issues uncovered
Managing all tax compliance (federal, franchise, payroll, sales, etc.)
Work with Leadership to develop and track annual budgets for the company
and Lines of Business including P&L and Capital expenditures
Work with Leadership to provide all legal and governance compliance
Supervise international shipping procedures with VAT and Duty
Supervise the month-end close and ensure that the business's financial
performance is reported in a timely and accurate manner
Continuously improve all processes
Manage health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes, and
Verifies all health and welfare plan invoices are accurate and approves for
Ensures proper and accurate record keeping for deductions into pre-tax
programs such as 401k, benefits, HSA, and FSA accounts and payments of each.
Conducts new hire orientation classes to assure that all employees
understand benefit plans and safety programs.
Obtain e-mail address setup, new computers, cell phones and equipment
needed for each new employee.
Works with various agencies to assure that the company is in compliance
with all federal and state laws.
Works with corporate insurance broker on obtaining COI's for customers and
with each annual renewal of policies.
Provides oversight of all insurance requirements for the company.
Works with corporate insurance auditor on annual audit.
Keep management informed on any and all work related complaints or concerns.

Bachelor Degree and experience with Public and Private accounting. CPA

Experience Required:
At least 10 years experience in managing or working in, Accounting, and
Finance departments for a Manufacturing related Business

Experience with integrated accounting systems
