Desktop Support Coordinator

now for 43+ years. Our client is one of the largest professional services
organizations in the world.
Contractor will, among other activities:- Monitor Remedy tickets created
within the scheduling tool- Check inventory and enter laptop order (or
HD/RAM order) into Ariba purchasing system under user name to be migrated-
Track equipment shipping to ensure timely arrival in office- Communicate
tracking information to local DSS and answer tracking questions from
migrating user- Monitor project mailbox, answering user questions about
migrations, equipment, special requests as they come into mailbox- Create,
maintain and provide regular reporting on equipment placement, requests,
etc. to project team
Skills: Highly organized individual, excellent knowledge of MS Office
application, especially Excel. Good skills with Remedy or similar ticket
tracking system, and Ariba or similar purchasing software are required.
Familiarity with Client laptops and components is necessary.
